Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Pat chicken drumsticks dry and toss with olive oil and seasonings.
- Arrange drumsticks on tray and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Brush with barbecue sauce mixed with brown sugar.
- Bake another 15-20 minutes, flipping and glazing again.
- Broil for 2-3 minutes for a sticky caramelized finish if desired.
- Rest briefly and serve warm.
Notes
For extra crispiness, bake on a wire rack. Adjust sauce sweetness or spice level to taste.
