Ingredients
  

Main Sauce
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 2 tbsp lime juice fresh
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
Adjustments
  • 2-4 tbsp water for consistency

Method
 

  1. Slice avocados, remove pits, and scoop into blender.
  2. Add lime juice, olive oil, and Greek yogurt.
  3. Add garlic, cilantro, salt, and pepper.
  4. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  5. Add water gradually to reach desired consistency.
  6. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  7. Serve immediately or chill before serving.

Notes

Use ripe avocados for best texture. Add jalapeƱo for spice or extra lime juice for more tang.
