  • 4 eggs hard-boiled
  • 4 slices bread
Seasoning & Add-ins
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh herbs chopped

Method
 

  1. Boil eggs for 9–10 minutes, then cool and peel.
  2. Mash avocados in a bowl and mix with chopped eggs, lemon juice, yogurt, salt, pepper, and herbs.
  3. Toast bread, spread the mixture on top, and serve immediately.

Notes

Use ripe avocados and serve immediately for best flavor and texture.
