  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 cups parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Whisk in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Slowly whisk in parmesan cheese until smooth.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, then simmer until thickened.
  6. Remove from heat, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.

Notes

Use freshly grated parmesan for the smoothest texture and avoid boiling the sauce to prevent separation.
