Ingredients
  

Pasta Salad
  • 12 oz rotini pasta
  • 12 slices bacon cooked and chopped
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes halved
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 4 green onions sliced
Creamy Dressing
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Cook rotini pasta until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. Cook bacon until crispy and chop into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Whisk together dressing ingredients until smooth.
  4. Combine pasta, bacon, tomatoes, cheese, and green onions in a large bowl.
  5. Add dressing and toss until evenly coated.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Fold in romaine lettuce just before serving.
  8. Garnish and serve chilled.

Notes

For the freshest texture, add lettuce immediately before serving and reserve extra dressing to refresh leftovers.
